How a Fastnet Event Works
The events are designed to optimise the whole experience for both managers of organisations and vendors of resources and services.
Normally that process can take a lot of time and has significant expense for both parties. From first contact to the end of a first meeting can involve several hours of effort, all before you really know if there is potential or not in the relationship.
The aim is for each manager to meet 15-20 new potential suppliers and understand whether they are a good fit or not, in the shortest time:
Arrive Day 1
- The location is the Welcome Hotel, Stratford.
- Play some golf or visit the spa/gym, if you are early.
- The event will begin at 5pm.


Late Afternoon Meetings
- At 5pm we will begin the 1:1 meetings.
- Each meeting slot is 20 minutes.
- Arrange more time to chat if you need to.
Dinner
- Everyone will then stop for dinner at 7.30
- Dinner gives more space for networking
- The food and wine are included.


Day 2 Morning
- Meetings through Thursday morning, 9.30-13.00
- Lunch is then provided 13.00-14.00
Day 2 Flexi Time
- Flexible meeting time, for more discussions.
- Make use of the spa or golf course if you wish.
- Depart at the time you choose.
